er, i'm afraid that we have the same problem. im attributing the ants, however, to these two causes:
1) i eat too much and the spare food particles just find their way into the crevices of the keyboard; or, 2) ants just love electrical appliances. i'm blaming the silicon component thingie. =)

it has something to do with you eating sa tabi ng laptop mo. you can buy 'yung mini vacuum para malinis ung keyboard area ng laptop mo o kaya ung compressed air na nasa can, it will help a lot to keep your laptop ants free.. hehehe.. nangyayari yan sa lahat ng laptop owners, pwede naman kalasin ang laptop, mahirap nga lang i-aasemble ulit.. hehe..

baka you're eating something while browsing? and the food crumbs were left in the key board or anywhere near the cpu.
this might help: vacuum! hehe. i vacuum my laptop regularly, especially the keyboard and the ports and vents.
maybe they're just passing through...

my friend experienced the same thing...next thing he know, his laptop is now food for the techie ants..
Probably there are some bits of food or crumbs perhaps that slip inside when you eat while working on your laptop.

i hate ants! they actually scare me. and unfortunately, they seem to be everywhere in our new home, even the bathroom!
