2 years have passed. i'm blogging this to mark the day, to help me never forget the happier days of my life... though, already, i'm losing good memories of the man who gave me my 1st kiss.
If you cling to those memories too tightly, I'm afraid you won't be able to open your arms to welcome the newer, happier, sunnier memories coming your way.
I just noticed it is not yours. I thought it was, since it seems to be in your style (call me artistically challenged).
Since I don't know the details of your past, I am at a loss to comment. However, that usually doesn't stop me from trying (and, hopefully, I won't say something stupid).
If he is still around, if you are still waiting for him (I think you alluded to him in previous posts), then be open with him, be honest with him, learn where the two of you stand. It is better to know than to not know - even if the knowing may be painful. Not knowing just causes you to suffer, do die a little each time you think of him. To know, means you can make choices and decisions and plans for your life. To act in ignorance, to make a firm decision in ignorance, can result in a decision you may regret later.
As I said, I don't know enough, I am guessing and hopefully not sounding too idiotic.

The man who gave you the first kiss was very lucky. But the kisses you now? There? If it exists is the most happy and luck to all!
